New Mexico 에서 자란 두 가족이 이리로 이사왔지만
고향의 맛을 잊을수 없어 그 맛을 재현해보려 애를 많이 썻군요.
그 이야기가 이곳 local newspaper 에 소개되어 littletree 님 덕에 관심을 갖고 읽어보았읍니다.

Vacuum pack 해서 일 년 먹을치를 장만 한다네요.. ^^
